No, Medilink® can deliver your supplies to a designated safe place. We can deliver your items to an alternative address in the UK, such as your workplace, if required. Next time you place your prescription order, just let us know your preferred delivery and any special delivery instructions.
Yes, we can set up 2-hour timed delivery slots with text or email notifications. Contact your local Medilink® dispensing care centre so that we can set these notifications. Please note, this service is currently not available in Scotland.
No, you are not required to sign for your deliveries. Your local Medilink® dispensing care centre will be able to confirm this for you.
Depending on your age, medical status or income, you may not need to pay for your prescriptions. For further details, please speak to Medilink®. Please note, if you live in Scotland or Wales, you are exempt from prescription charges.
As soon as we receive your prescription, we aim to have your order delivered within 24–48 hours. This does not include weekends, unless in an emergency. You can also sign up for email or text alert notifications to help keep track of your delivery. Please note that if you live in the Scottish Highlands or Islands, delivery can take up to 5 working days.
If your stoma and/or continence product requirements change (for example if your stoma or urology nurse has advised a product change), we can update your records to ensure the correct appliance is dispensed. At Medilink®, we dispense all makes of stoma and continence products that are available on NHS prescription.
Yes. If it is within the UK, we will be able to deliver your prescription supplies to an alternative address. You can find out more information about our delivery options, which are available online.

If you need any clinical support or advice for your stoma care, please speak to your stoma care nurse as a first point of contact. If it is an emergency, please call NHS 111.
In most areas of the UK, Medilink® can collect your prescriptions from your GP on your behalf. Alternatively, we can provide you with Freepost envelopes so that you can post the prescription out to us. To find out your options, please contact your local Medilink® dispensing care centre.
Yes. Medilink® can set up regular stock and wellbeing checks, so that you don’t have to worry about running low on supplies.
Yes. Medilink® can arrange to send free samples of any manufacturers’ brands or products to you. At Medilink®, we dispense all makes of stoma and continence products that are available on NHS prescription.
